Na nona edição dos reconhecidos prémios "LEAF AWARDS", o edifício Living Foz venceu o prémio na categoria "Young Architect of the Year". Em competição estavam mais de 40 finalistas de todo o mundo, mas segundo o júri, o projecto mereceu a vitória pela forma como priviligiou "as relações entre interior e exterior, de modo a usufruir a vista panorâmoica e a exposição solar"- Os Prémios "Emirates Glass Leaf Awards" um dos mais prestigiados prémios anuais de arquitectura, pretendem “honrar os arquitectos que projectam edifícios e soluções que servem de referência para a comunidade de arquitectos a nível internacional”. Zaha Hadid, David Chipperfield, SOM, Steven Holl, Terry Farrell e Marcio Kogan são alguns dos ateliers de arquitectura que já foram distinguidos por este prémio.

At ninth edition of the nenowned "LEAF AWARDS", the Living Foz building, won the award in the "Young Architect of the Year" category.
More than 40 finalists from around the world took part in the competition, but according to the jury, the project deserved to win due to the way it favored "the relationship between interior and exterior, in order to take advantage of the panoramic view and sun exposure.  The Emirates Glass LEAF Awards honour the architects designing the buildings and solutions that are setting the benchmark for the international architectural community. Zaha Hadid, David Chipperfield, SOM, Steven Holl, Terry Farrell e Marcio Kogan were also awarded in previous editions.
